SW19 were engaged to inspect 1000 residential properties of varying ages and locations, to create a short term works priority project (rectification of defects), and to create an asset register to inform the medium and long term replacement strategy for the portfolio. This included providing replacement timing for individual assets along with discreet projects (such as full replacement of kitchens and bathrooms, rather than piecemeal). SW19 also advised the Department on the strategy for the data collection and long term planning for the properties.
