10 Year Maintenance Plans are intended to give the client detailed guidance as to the works required to maintain their assets over the 10 years.
The 10 Year Maintenance Plans are in line with Regulation 77 of the Strata Titles (General) Regulations. We have in depth knowledge of building structures and services, having completed inspections of basic single storey brick and tile sites, as well as high rise complexes with central plants and equipment (and everything in between).
The SW19 reporting format provides the client with an elemental breakdown of their assets which can be interrogated to devise works implementation plans. We can also develop these implementation plans to maximise the clients budget efficiency; this process can include implementation of works, giving the client a one-stop shop:
- Brief development
- The management of the Expressions of Interest (EOI) phase
- Tender documentation development including the output specification, performance mechanism (including KPIs), pricing schedules, data packs and input into the form of contract
- Administration of the tender process
- Tender evaluation (cost and quality)
- Mobilisation support
