SW19 Asset Management Plans define current levels of service, and the process clients/building owners use to manage their assets. Asset Management Plans are developed for all major asset classes and guide property owners in the purchase, management, and disposal of assets to maximise returns. SW19 are experienced in completing large portfolios nationwide, to develop local, regional and national asset management.

To ensure the Asset Management Plan is effective, SW19 take a holistic view of the client’s organisation, enabling synchronisation of the Asset Management Plan to:

Once the baseline has been established, analysis is then conducted to deliver risk management strategies, identification of funding gaps, demand forecasting, and an asset management improvement program.
