The project was focused on the creation of lifecycle models for Agricultural Colleges state-wide, to provide a starting point for the strategic asset management of the portfolio. The sites include students living in dormitories; thus the inspections included all residential accommodation, commercial operations, and teaching facilities. The complexity of the services within the sites required a high level of detail and analysis, including complex pumping systems, fire protection for remote sites and statutory maintenance and works requirements.
