The City of Melville allocated a portfolio of buildings for which they required a short-term repair and capex plan, along with generation of a maintenance program for works and asset registers. The reports were to be used for the future asset management strategy of the city’s building portfolio. Further detailed assessments were undertaken on buildings identified for refurbishment/repurposing, including conversion of a commercial unit into a Men’s Shed and Music School. The sites ranged from heritage houses through to aquatic centres.
