SW19 were engaged by Knight Frank to deliver Technical Due Diligence Reports on a large regional shopping centre. The site had two major anchor tenants, with central plant and equipment servicing the internal mall areas. The inspection required the identification of any significant works expected in the short term which may impact the sale of the site. The statutory maintenance elements were also assessed, along with comparison of previous maintenance and upgrade projects with the current state of the sites.
