The project was focused on the creation of lifecycle models for complex buildings in the city, including an aquatic and office facility, aged leisure centres and sports stadiums. The complexity of the services within the sites required a high level of detail and analysis, including deep bed sand filters, complex pumping systems and statutory maintenance and works requirements.
